Bratwurst Sunyer

This type of sausages need a cooking process once the meat has been stuffed into the pork belly. About 30 minutes at 70º will be enough to achieve the exact point of cooking. This product uses pork and veal with a very finely chopped, thus achieving a very smooth texture. We sell frozen and vacuum in different formats, you will find the normal bratwurst of 130 gr with two types of packages of 10 and 3 units, there is also the special bratwurst of 160 grams and the hotel one of about 70 grams with packages of 22 units.
