Chistorra Sunyer

The chistorra is a semi-cured product, therefore, for its consumption it will be necessary to cook it, the most normal thing is to fry it or roast it. It is very typical to find it in tapas or accompanying a meal. It is composed of lean pork belly and different spices, once chopped and kneaded, it is stuffed in natural lamb casings. It is sold fresh and vacuum.
