Sunyer brochettes are 100% made by our butchers. The process begins with the selection of the pork meat along with its chopping to which, once finished, the spices are added accurately heavy. Once this process is finished, knead everything in the mixer and let it rest for 24 hours. Finally, it is vacuum packed and stored in a chamber between 1º and 4º. You can find vacuum packages of 1kg and 5kg.
