The Sunyer butifarrón is 100% manufactured within our facilities, from the selection of meat, its chopping and kneading, sausage and cooking. This last cooking phase is a delicate part since it must be done correctly if you want to obtain a product with the desired quality. The butifarrón is basically composed of pork, spices and sausage in natural pig gut. It is sold by strings in which about 10 units enter.
